Overnight Rates

  • Effective January 1, 2024, base rates are $60 – $75 per night plus tax (both peak season and off peak season)
  • Winter monthly rates available – please call to inquire.
  • The base rate is for one site and includes:
    • 4 adults, or a family of 2 adults with up to 4 children under 18
    • One vehicle
    • GENERATOR HOURS ARE 10 AM – 6 PM (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
  • Additional charges apply for additional persons and vehicles as listed below.

Vehicle Limit

  • No more than one vehicle per site
  • No more than one RV or Camper per site
  • Please note that not all sites are the same size, and there may not be enough room on some sites for a second vehicle or for multiple tents. Please discuss your needs when you call for reservations.

Check In After 2 PM

  • Your reservation begins at 2 PM on the arrival date.
  • You may arrive anytime after 2 PM on your arrival date.
  • Early arrivals are subject to space available and additional fees.
  • If you have not arrived by 1 PM the day after your arrival date, and we have not heard from you, your reservation will be cancelled.

Check Out Before 1 PM

  • Checkout time is 1 PM on the last day of your reservation.
  • Checking out after this time must be arranged in advance to avoid conflicts with incoming campers and is subject to additional fees.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed at all times in the campground per county ordinance.
  • Pets must not be left unattended.
  • Pets must be cleaned up after, especially on the beach. All state and county regulations apply.
  • Parvo and Rabies vaccination certificates should be available.
  • Dangerous dogs are not allowed.

How Do I Make a Reservation?

  • Call us at (707) 884-4222 – Answering machine is always on 24/7.
  • We do not take e-mail reservations.
  • Have the dates you’re looking for ready.
  • Know the size of your camping rig and the number of people who are coming.
  • Have your Campground Map handy.
  • Have your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card handy. Do not leave your credit card number on the answer machine.

Reservation Information

  • Due to the high demand for campsites at certain times of the year, reservations are recommended and may be necessary to ensure having a site.
  • When booking for a weekend stay there is a 2-night minimum. On holiday weekends, there is a 3-night minimum stay.
  • You may make reservations by phone from up to 12 months in advance (Year to Date).
  • Reservations begin at 2 PM on the arrival date and end at 1 PM on the departure date. If you have not arrived by 1 PM the next day, the site becomes first come, first serve and the remainder of your reservation is canceled. A cancellation fee will apply.

Payment Information, Refunds & Changes

Deposit & Payment

  • A Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card is required to make and confirm your reservation.
  • A 50% deposit is required for all reservations.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your reservation.
  • The total amount due can be paid by Credit Card, Cash, or Check.
  • Reservations, cancellations, or changes to a reservation are only accepted by phone or voicemail message.
  • Reservations, cancellations, or changes to a reservation are not accepted by email.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before arrival: $25.00 cancellation fee
  • Between 3 and 30 days before arrival: Forfeit of deposit
  • Less than 3 days before arrival: Forfeit of entire stay
